Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Timeline:
All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 60 days from the date of allotment.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the same bank account provided by the applicant during registration.

100% Refund Guarantee:
In case the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued with no cancellation charges.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this application/agreement, including its interpretation and the respective rights and obligations of the parties, shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.

If unresolved, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

Jurisdiction:
All legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
